Who am I?
I’m Diet Daleman, former owner of 7 accommodation locations in Groningen and founder of the international booking platform OvernachteninStijl.nl and cultural community StayinGroningen.com. Since 2009, I’ve been active in the hospitality industry (initially as a hobby alongside my job). Over the past 16 years, we’ve hosted guests from all over the world in our accommodations. Several years in a row, I have won the title of “Best Apartment in the Netherlands” during the Zoover Awards. I’ve also managed vacation rentals on behalf of other property owners — a very valuable experience. My team and I took full responsibility: welcoming guests, keeping properties in top shape, and taking care of everything in between.
Today, I focus on expanding our websites, improving SEO and visibility, and helping our clients grow their businesses. I truly enjoy this work every single day.
Over the years, we’ve developed our own PMS and Channel Manager — initially just for our own accommodations and direct clients. Since 2021, we’ve made our product and services available to other hotels and property owners under the name BoostmyBookings.com.
